Technical Writer and Project Manager specific to the implementation of MPAS, i.e. Mortgage-Backed Securities Application System, an intuitive application designed to support the UBS Securities Mortgage-Backed Securities Traders and Back Office in the Allocation and Settlement of Mortgaged-Backed Securities (MBS).

Establish precedent for Fixed-Income User and Application Development specifications for on-line documentation utilizing HTML format for access through the UBS Internal Web.

Documentation includes:

• Industry primer regarding procedures utilized in MBS allocation, and settlement including PSA Rules and Uniform Guidelines as well as scenarios regarding best buy/sell trade calculations.
• MPAS User Manual including script for monthly factor downloading from EJV and TBA trade transmission to ADP OLTs
• Disaster Recovery and Backup Procedures covering Fixed Income systems, hardware and network issues for 299 Park Avenue, 350 Park Avenue and Park Avenue Tower sites.
